Merrily the wind
Came gusting by,
Snatching my scarf
For a partner
And swirling it high
A
silken rainbow
Flowing before me
Curling,
unfurling,
Meeting and parting
In a waltz with the wind.
Then that fickle swain
Blew a Thank You.
And
Adieu
And whirled away!
